Clay enables a wide range of creativity, from useful products to various decorative solutions. The designer Dubrovka Šorel tries to combine both methods and to find a new, never-before-seen form for some useful objects (cup, tray, dish, bowl). That is why her works have both a useful and an aesthetic character, and they are also characterized by top-quality ceramic technology and thoughtful content. Her hand-drawn images of cats carry both elegance and mystery and are a mirror reflection of the creator’s attitude towards these independent creatures. She exhibited at several solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad.
