The artist Rok Zelenko works as a painter, ceramicist, and graphic artist. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, his home became Grožnjan.
A small town in Istria with its softness, colors, and rich fauna and flora is his source of inspiration.
The natural inventory (fish, birds, sea) is complemented by motifs from the ethnological heritage (masks, carnival) and fantasy characters that radiate playfulness and pure primal joy.
His line-colour style is evident in his ceramics, which are mainly epic fantasy characters.
