A close-fitting bodice with a deep cutout under the bust is available in different colors. It is often bright red and matches red knitted socks, which are sometimes hidden by ankle-length black "half boots". These are more the exception than the rule,  more common and more common are black, low buckle shoes. A dark apron covers the wide, heavily gathered skirt and underskirt, over which a metal belt (buckle) with a ribbon and a bow is fastened. Even a man's leather costume does not go without a white shirt with a collar and wide, cuffed sleeves. It is covered by a short v-neck vest that fastens with metal buttons. Pants are generally long, dark and made of woolen fabric. Only some of the characteristics of goat costume are described.
