Gustav Klimt (1862 – 1918) stands as one of the leading figures of the Viennese Secession. In the first half of the 20th century, his art has been either overlooked or declared as merely decorative painting. Only later have his static and two-dimensional paintings been recognized as art. Klimt never married but he did have several erotic relations with women who became his muses. Find them depicted on our mugs, champagne glasses, plates and jewellery.
